Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or product launches.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
Estimated delivery times:
• Local (within New Brunswick): 2–4 business days
• Rest of Canada: 4–8 business days
• United States: 6–12 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal service disruptions, weather, or customs processing.
Free Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available at our location {386 Colpitts Rd, Colpitts Settlement, E4J 1B6, NB}.
If you choose this option at checkout, you’ll receive an email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via Canada Post, UPS, Purolator or other reputable carriers depending on your location and selected service.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, as we are not responsible for damages that occur during transit.
We are also not liable for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once the order has been shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot reroute or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International Orders (if applicable)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
